Progressive Solutions holds bisTrack User Group meeting
First assembly of North American bisTrack users attracts reps for over 1250 users

VANCOUVER, B.C., Canada, November 13, 2007

Progressive Solutions Inc., is pleased to report that the first North American bisTrack User Group conference was a great success, attracting personnel from about half the North American customer base and representatives for over 1250 users.

Conference attendees were treated to preview demos of some of the highlights of the upcoming bisTrack 2.0 release: Installed Sales, Product Configurator and Mobile Applications. As well, users received advanced training on some of bisTrack’s many productivity and data analysis tools.

Time was also devoted to customer presentations and the exchange of ideas. Customers shared examples of best practices, custom reports, and cool tools and dashboards developed for bisTrack. Of particular note were presentations from Arnold Laver, the largest bisTrack implementation with 18 sites and 260 users, and the dBUG independent user forum. “It was great to interact and get acquainted with others who are facing the same issues we are. We exchanged ideas that will benefit us all,” said one bisTrack user.

Users also heard Len Williams and Steve Littlefield, Progressive Solutions’ President/CEO and VP bisTrack respectively, present their visions for the future of the company and the bisTrack product. “We’re building more than a fancy order-taking system,” said Steve Littlefield. “We’ve developed a whole Microsoft technology layer that enables innumerable future enhancements and interoperability possibilities. bisTrack is founded on technologies that power-users will harness to visualize and distill information, reveal optimal decisions, propel growth, and inspire efficiency and productivity.”

“Hearing the vision on where bisTrack is headed just confirmed we made the right decision,” said one bisTrack user. “This company and this product are going places!”

Another user commented, “What great people! Reminds us of the old Dimensions days,” referring to the successful and popular LBM software company originally founded by Steve Littlefield. After Dimensions’ acquisition, Steve founded ODS Software to develop enterprise software for building materials distributors. ODS Software was acquired by Progressive Solutions in 2006, and Steve was appointed VP of the North American bisTrack division.
