announces the release of Scan Track™, a document scanning
and management software add-on to augment bisTrack™
information storage and processing capabilities.
Using Scan Track, paperwork is minimized, storage space can
be reduced, and scanned documents can be viewed, printed or
emailed by any bisTrack user.

Centralized, rapid access
to documents within bisTrack
Scan Track is tightly integrated with bisTrack so that scanning
and document management are controlled directly from bisTrack.
Whether working with an imported document image or one scanned
from a TWAIN scanner, Scan Track makes it easy to scan, approve,
store, find, preview, print, sort and manage documents.

Scan Track lets you scan and manage documents within bisTrack.
Its barcode recognition lets you associate scanned documents,
such as signed delivery notices, with the original document
in bisTrack. |
Barcodes
identify, trace and unite documents within bisTrack
Scan Track supports barcode recognition and can detect barcodes
printed on bisTrack documents using a Windows® font.
To have an easily accessible copy of signed documents, such
as Collection Notes or Proof of Delivery, signed document are
scanned and automatically linked to the original document in
bisTrack. Later, for example, users of bisTrack’s Advanced
Accounts Receivables package can send copies of the signed documents
with month-end Customer Statements to speed collections and
decrease incoming customer calls.
To store and track incoming documents by barcode, barcode label
are adhered to the incoming document, such as a purchase order
or supplier invoice, and scanned for easy retrieval in bisTrack.
Scan Track links the barcoded document with the relevant document
in bisTrack.
Scan Track is available immediately in both the UK and North
America, and can be purchased together with a new bisTrack system,
or as an add-on to an existing system. |
