Lignum Forest Products LLP, of Vancouver, BC, Canada, commenced operations on September 9, 2005. Jake Kerr, formerly the Chairman and CEO of Lignum Ltd. prior to the company’s sale to Riverside Forest Products Ltd., is Lignum Forest Products’ Managing Partner. The new Lignum will focus on marketing and distributing machine stress rated (MSR) lumber products to the US market and, according to Jake Kerr, will quickly build a reputation for “supplying high-quality products, on-time delivery and complete customer satisfaction.”
