	Lumber Track customers learn company strategies and product roadmap

Progressive Solutions Inc. held its Annual Lumber Track™ User Group Meeting in Las Vegas, April 27-29, 2005. Attendance was strong, up for the third consecutive year.

Lumber Track users were brought up-to-date as Progressive Solutions’ management presented the year’s review, with reports on the company’s financial performance, product enhancements and the status of major implementations. Subsequently, the company’s strategic plans, product roadmap and new customer service offerings were presented.



Major Accomplishments in 2004/2005 to date

• 3 major Lumber Track releases with a total of 38 new features and enhancements, many coming from suggestions at last year’s User Group Meeting.
• Success of Express Track™, a faster implementation of a pre-configured Lumber Track suitable to 1- or 2-site sawmills.
• Introduced Load Track™ for shipping optimization.
• Strong growth and financial performance.
• More wood shipped using Lumber Track than all other software competitors combined.
• Lumber Track processed >50% of OSB shipments.

Highlights of Plans for 2005-2007
In the coming months and years, Lumber Track users can expect Progressive Solutions to introduce products and services based on the following key initiatives:

• Continued commitment to the wood products industry.
• Expanded programs to develop and acquire complementary products.
• Strengthening of 3rd party relationships.
• Leveraging the Microsoft Certified Partner status, by offering Great Plains® for accounting, and investigating ERP and other offerings.
• Continued enhancements to the Lumber Track platform and feature set.
• New on-line training programs.

Progressive Solutions also plans to significantly increase market penetration of its new product, bisTrack™. With 50 bisTrack systems already sold, bisTrack is already the fastest growing software in the building materials industry. bisTrack is modern software developed specifically for lumber & building materials (LBM) distributors and dealers to automate their buying, selling, inventory tracking and accounting. Many LBM distributors and dealers are supplied by the wood products manufacturers and wholesalers that make up Lumber Track’s extensive user-base. Initiatives to rapidly increase bisTrack adoption, such as the Lumber Track customer referral program, will help seal bisTrack’s position as the leading, modern alternative for ERP and distribution management software in the building materials industry.

Customers pleased with roadmap and opportunity for input
Lumber Track users applauded the company’s progress to date and plans for the future. Blake Ozier of Gulf States Paper Corporation and Terry Stockdale of BWP Hardwoods presented reports on the benefits achieved from the advanced use of their systems. Users participated in educational workshops and a feature/functionality brainstorming session where they had the opportunity to input ideas and learn from other users as well as Progressive Solutions’ analysts and product specialists. Attendees said that the meeting had been very informative: “Idea sharing between customers was extremely valuable.”
