RICHMOND, B.C., June 3, 2004

Progressive Solutions Inc. of Richmond, BC, Canada announced today that a third Weyerhaeuser business in the Wood Products group is now running Lumber Track business software.

The Western Lumber and Plywood group went “live” on June 1, 2004, making it the third Weyerhaeuser Wood Products business to be operating Lumber Track business software. The Structurwood (OSB) and Canadian Lumber businesses implemented the software earlier this year. A total of 465 users at 38 sites now use Lumber Track, completing about 40% of the total Lumber Track software implementation project.

In parallel, Weyerhaeuser personnel are implementing Tag Track™ tag printing and RF (radio frequency) data collection systems from Progressive Solutions, and integrating them with the Lumber Track systems already in place to achieve real-time production and inventory tracking.

Keith Matterson, Progressive Solution’s Business Manager for the Weyerhaeuser implementation, reports, “Weyerhaeuser continues to be very satisfied with our implementation process, as well as the expertise, responsiveness and dedication of our team of business analysts, implementer/trainers, and software support professionals.”

In July of 2003, Weyerhaeuser Company of Federal Way, WA purchased Lumber Track business software from Progressive Solutions for a total of 88 facilities in its Wood Products Sector. Weyerhaeuser will use Lumber Track to manage its sales order fulfillment, inventory control, transportation logistics and shipping, as well as forecasting and production processes.
