RICHMOND, B.C., January 15, 2004

Progressive Solutions Inc. of Richmond, BC, Canada announced today that two of Weyerhaeuser’s seven Wood Products business groups have successfully completed the implementation of Lumber Track business software.

The Structurwood (OSB) and Canadian Lumber businesses went “live” with Lumber Track’s V7 on schedule, on December 1, 2003 and December 29, 2003 respectively. These two businesses represent approximately 245 users of what will be a total of over 1000 users when all seven Wood Products businesses are fully operational with Lumber Track.

Keith Matterson, Progressive Solution’s Business Manager for the Weyerhaeuser implementation, reports, “Weyerhaeuser is very complementary about the implementation team – those doing the Business Process Review, software delivery, training and support. Any concerns about our company’s ability to implement such a large project have long disappeared.”

In July of 2003, Weyerhaeuser Company of Federal Way, WA purchased Lumber Track business software from Progressive Solutions for a total of 88 facilities in its Wood Products Sector. Weyerhaeuser will use Lumber Track to manage its sales order fulfillment, inventory control, transportation logistics and shipping, as well as forecasting and production processes. In addition, Weyerhaeuser will install Tag Track™ tag printing stations and use Progressive Solutions’ software on their handheld RF (radio frequency) barcode devices, linking to Lumber Track for fully integrated data collection.

The next Weyerhaeuser implementation of Lumber Track, at the facilities in its Western Lumber and Plywood business, is scheduled to be completed at the end of May 2004.
