Progressive Solutions Inc., of Richmond BC, is pleased to announce that Russ Maximuik has assumed sales and customer account responsibility for the Lumber Track, Fiber Track and Mill Track products in western US and Canada.

Russ has worked in the forest products industry for 20 years as: a lumber broker at Cascade Imperial Mills; the sales manager in the secondary manufacturing mill Landucci Industries; a division manager of Bulldog Bag, a manufacturer of lumber wraps and covers; and the VP Sales for LISA Lumber Systems. Russ has been with Progressive Solutions since February 2001, and was previously responsible for sales in the Midwest and Northeast US.

"We need a seasoned veteran like Russ in western US and Canada. We're seeing tremendous interest in our products from the West despite, or maybe because of, current conditions in the industry," reports Mike Johnson, Sales Manager for Progressive Solutions.
