A wholly-owned subsidiary, Progressive Solutions International Ltd. is based in Glasgow and serves the company's expanding European customer base.

Based in Richmond (near Vancouver), British Columbia, the company was founded in 1989 and now has 75 employees in offices across Canada and the United States.
