Job Description: |
|
|
|
|
To estimate, design, develop, and troubleshoot complex
software programs for computer based systems ensuring
quality software is delivered on time. The ideal candidate
will have solid experience working successfully on project
teams, a strong ability to work under deadlines and
manage multiple priorities, exceptional attention to
detail, and be a team player. |
|
|
|
|
The following
knowledge, experience, and skills are required: |
|
|
|
 |
BA/BS degree in Computer Science
or related discipline or equivalent experience. |
|
|
|
5+ years industry experience
in commercial web-based application development. |
|
|
|
Must be proficient with C#, MS
SQL Server, WinForms/Smart Client and .NET technologies. |
|
|
|
Familiarization with relational
database structures. |
|
|
|
Experience with object-oriented
development, design patterns, and Agile Extreme Programming
methodologies. |
|
|
|
Experience architecting, designing,
and developing large, complex, enterprise applications. |
|
|
|
Ability to perform with limited
guidance performing complex analysis and design, and creatively
solve high-complexity problems. |
|
|
|
Possess excellent written and
oral communication skills; able to successfully communicate
with multiple disciplines (both technical and business);
possess excellent capacity to translate business reporting
and analysis needs into solutions. |
