knowledge, experience, and skills are required: |

Experience in managing support
for software products. |
|
|

Experience in a support
environment with high support call volumes and large
numbers of clients and users. |
|
|
 |
A clear understanding of
current user expectations for software support, and
a clear idea of where software support is heading. |
|
|
 |
Strong verbal and written
communication skills. |
|
|
 |
Demonstrated leadership skills. |
