Job Description:

Through past experience in software support you will need to form clear ideas on best practices and infrastructure for software support, and put those ideas into practice.

 

The following knowledge, experience, and skills are required:

Experience in managing support for software products.

Experience in a support environment with high support call volumes and large numbers of clients and users.

A clear understanding of current user expectations for software support, and a clear idea of where software support is heading.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated leadership skills.
