| Randy Faris has devoted
20+ years to helping building materials dealers
and distributors use information technology improve
the way they do business. His grassroots experience
endows him with an indepth understanding of the
needs of small independent dealers as well as
large scale wholesale/distribution businesses
– and everything in between.
Randy’s hands-on experience in the building
materials industry runs the gamut from installation
and training for point-of-sale systems, to software/hardware
sales and support, to the recent implementation
of ODS Software’s distribution management
system at Weyerhaeuser’s 70+ building materials
distribution locations. In the mid 1990s, Randy
was President of Dimensions Systems as it gained
nationwide acceptance and a 1000+ user base. When
the company was acquired by Enterprise Systems,
Randy served briefly as the Vice President responsible
for the Dimensions product.
With the ultimate goal of unsurpassed customer
satisfaction, Randy has joined Progressive Solutions
