Len Williams is the President & CEO of Progressive Solutions' North American operations, a position held since 1991, and Managing Director of UK operations. His vision and leadership have guided the company through its growth from start-up to today's global presence.

Rooted in his sales and marketing experience, Len’s customer-focused management practices have earned the company an outstanding reputation for excellence in product innovation, customer service and employee satisfaction. His personal commitment to the success of his customers’ projects and his employees’ development continues to contribute to the company’s unparalleled growth and recognized leadership position in the wood products industry.

Len holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business Administration from Concordia University.
