In sync with your requirements
Tag Track software is designed to be working when your network or server is not. You do not need to shut down production or stock pile inventory to be counted later as Tag Track will continue to work for you. When your systems are back up the entire recorded inventory will be synced back to lumberTrack.
Tag Track can be configured to send tags to lumberTrack on a pre-set schedule or on an on-demand basis so inventory will be in lumberTrack when it is needed, even for 'hot-shipping'.
New lumber inventory can be quickly tagged using one or more of three possible modes:
- PLC Mode:
Production data is supplied by a PLC, providing utmost speed and accuracy in tag production - Product Attribute Mode:
A unique combination of product attributes is entered to identify a product; the operator will key in the piece count and tally if required - Product Code Mode:
‘Product Masters’ are created in Tag Track, which allow operators to select from a list of valid products; the operator will key in the piece count and tally if required
