You can rest assured that every customer inquiry is professionally tracked from the time contact is initiated until a resolution is reached. Based on the priority of a case, Progressive Solutions’ Customer Support Group escalates customer issues within our organization to ensure mission-critical problems receive a quick resolution.

Progressive Solutions support process

Our software and technical support team is on your side

Upon successful completion of your first full month reconciliation your implementer and the VP of Support Services will review the status of the implementation. When both are in agreement they will call you to perform a proper transition to the Customer Support Group. During the call the implementer will review the successful implementation and the VP of Support Services will then go through the process and procedures advising you how best to benefit from the Customer Support Group.
