bisTrack releases built-in Advanced CRM features

Progressive Solutions Inc. (PSI), of Richmond, BC, Canada, recently released bisTrack V3 which offers a comprehensive set of Advanced CRM (Customer Relationship Management) capabilities.

“CRM will have a huge impact on a dealers success in upcoming years”, says John Matterson, Progressive Solutions’ VP bisTrack. “It’s going to be the dealers who manage to pick up market share using CRM and other techniques who’ll be able to leverage higher market share into exponential growth as the market rebounds.”

bisTrack and its Advanced CRM features help pro-dealers identify new potential, market to targeted customer segments, promote new product lines, and nurture and track prospective opportunities. bisTrack Advanced CRM has four main functions:

  1. Marketing Campaigns. Campaigns are created grouping together similar prospects to deliver promotions and automated followup. Prospects and customers can be selected for a campaign by mining your bisTrack data to create campaigns by: geography, customer type, product interest, etc. Track the results of that campaign into sales opportunities and quotes.
  2. Sales Opportunities. Opportunities define a specific construction project. bisTrack Advanced CRM tracks your estimated probability of success and stage in the sales cycle so that the sales forecasts can be properly managed. It also coordinates all the quotations, communications, document storage, and conversion to orders for that project.
  3. Record of Customer Communication. With Advanced CRM, bisTrack’s Notepad keeps track of all emails, notes and documents related to your communication with a customer. Whether via a campaign or an opportunity, all correspondence can be stored in the bisTrack Notepad, which allows multiple people to handle the relationship with your customers in an efficient fashion.
  4. Calendar and Reminders. Daily, weekly and monthly calendar views display followup reminders and appointments. Use the bisTrack Calendar to schedule your own work, and as managers you can view and create calendar appointments for your employees.
 
Used in conjunction with bisTrack Outlook Integration, sales and marketing people will have synchronized contacts, reminders and appointments in both bisTrack and Outlook environments.
