Progressive Solutions strengthens customer support division with appointment of David Woodhouse as Vice President of Support Services

Progressive Solutions Inc. (PSI) is appointing David Woodhouse, as Vice President of Support Services as it strengthens its customer service division in response to record sales and growth.

Founded in 1989, Richmond, British Columbia-based PSI is the fastest growing supplier of ERP software solutions for the forestry and lumber and building materials (LBM) industries. Its main products, lumberTrack™ and bisTrack™, address the business intelligence as well as operational, procurement, sales, inventory and logistics management needs of sawmills, panel mills, remanufacturers, wholesale/ distributors and building materials distributors/dealers with domestic and export markets.

Woodhouse, who originally joined PSI in 1995, brings with him 30 years of experience in the information technology field. Most recently, Woodhouse was seconded to the UK’s Ridgeons Group, one of Europe’s largest lumber and LBM companies. As IT Manager for the entire Ridgeons Group, Woodhouse had full responsibility for the installation of PSI’s bisTrack software on a system encompassing three separate companies, more than 30 sites and over 650 users.
