Progressive Solutions Inc. is very pleased to announce Bernard Building Center, Inc. of Hale, Michigan, will implement bisTrack™ and Web Track™ to serve their three retail centers, on-line sales and sawmill operation in Michigan.

“Bernard has grown and modernized into a multi-faceted operation that incorporates a significant component of on-line and custom orders,” explains David Keeley, Account Manager for Progressive Solutions. “They need a system that ties together their diverse businesses and multiple locations to have better access to order, inventory and financial information company-wide.”

Bernard Building Center implements a 55-user bisTrack system in its three Michigan retail locations to manage all aspects of sales, order fulfillment, and inventory management, as well as to provide an interface to LMC & Orgill for integrated procurement management. bisTrack’s Advanced CRM powers their marketing campaigns, automating promotional email delivery and customer communication. bisTrack’s e-business portal, webTrack, forms the platform for Bernard’s on-line store displaying the catalog and taking payments for a wide range of building supplies including specialty log siding for woodworking and cabinetry. Lastly, bisTrack generates and manages work orders run through the company’s sawmill operation.
