Quotes, prices and types of order

bisTrack can be used in different ways to manage quotes and prices:

Sales Tracking Software: converting quotes to orders

Details can be entered as a quotation and converted to an order once the customer has accepted. Track quote conversations and set follow up dates to manage the sales process. And thanks to bisTrack’s quote follow up reminders, sales staff and managers can ensure that sales opportunities are not lost.

Sales Hardware: it’s your choice

On the counter you can use touch-screens, barcode readers, industrial keyboards and mice, and magnetic debit / credit card terminals to fully automate input at high volume locations. Large labeled buttons make things easy for touch-screen or keyboard-only users. And integrated barcode scanning helps you speed transactions along at the counter.

Cash and On Account sales order processing

bisTrack supports On Account transactions along with all of the standard cash/credit/debit/gift card payment methods that your customers expect. Easily track your CODs and enhance the speed at POS even more by moving to a fully integrated Credit/Debit payment solution.

Stock management: special orders

Stock management tools must account for special orders. In this day and age special orders make up an ever increasing percentage of sales, and bisTrack excels at supporting them. For special orders, back-to-back purchase ordering with your suppliers is seamless. Both sides of the process are linked to each other, with transparency of related documents. Flexible workflow allows for optional purchase order approval and purchase limits to add efficiency in your special order purchasing.

Stock management: back orders

Stock management tools must also account for back orders. If any lines are out of stock, they may be put onto back order, with automatic release and messaging when stock is received.

Purchase orders and security

To ensure you get paid, not only can you enforce entry of your customer’s purchase order reference, you can also check to make sure that it is in the right format (e.g. starts with a ‘B’, followed by 4-digits).

For tighter security at the counter, you can keep a list of staff allowed to collect and sign for goods — including support for ID photos and specimen signatures. You can use signature pads validated against the authenticated signature to verify identities.
