Responsibilities:

  • Provides functional application training to customers in on-site or remote learning settings
  • Identifies, recommends & implements system configurations
  • Works with users and vendors to resolve issues & provides proactive support concerning the application and its use

Specific Skills & Personal Attributes required:

  • Financial Systems experience
  • Fundamental working knowledge of GL, AR and AP 
  • Technical aptitude required; ability to write SQL scripts 
  • Exceptional written/oral communication and presentation skills
  • Strong training, testing, and troubleshooting skills 
  • Strong analytical and business skills
  • Must be willing to travel

Additional Assets:

  • Microsoft Dynamics GP 
  • Project Management skills 
  • Wood Products Industry knowledge 
  • Knowledge of MS SQL Report Services
