This is a telecommuting position; you will need to work out of a home office.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides guidance on business processes and best practices for the building materials industry
  • Provides functional application training to customers in on-site or remote learning settings
  • Leads and coordinates all implementation resources
  • Identifies, recommends & implements system configurations
  • Works with users and vendors to resolve issues & provide proactive support concerning the application and its use

Specific Skills & Personal Attributes required:

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP Distribution/Retail/Financial modules
  • Experience with Retail/POS business applications
  • Technical aptitude required; ability to write SQL scripts
  • Exceptional written/oral communication and presentation skills
  • Strong training, testing and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong analytical and business skills.
  • Must be willing to travel

Additional Assets:

  • Project Management skills
  • Building Materials Industry knowledge
  • Knowledge of MS SQL Report Services
