bisTrack Implementation Consultant

Description

The bisTrack implementation consultant will manage all aspects of the implementation of our bisTrack product to new clients within North America.  You will train new customers, analyze customer’s business needs and implement the product to meet those needs.  The bisTrack Implementation Consultant will report to the Consulting Manager – bisTrack North America.
 
 

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education - bachelor degree or higher is desired
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience implementing ERP software solutions 
  • Broad-base understanding of Retail/POS business applications an asset
  • Experience with SQL and Crystal Reports
  • Multi-company experience a definite asset
  • The ideal candidate will be familiar with the lumber/building materials industry

Tasks/Duties

  • Provide functional application training to customers in on-site or remote learning settings
  • Analyze, recommend & implement system configurations
  • Work with users and vendors to resolve issues and provide proactive support concerning the application and its use
  • Coordinate tasks and is lead on implementation and support projects
