Specific Skills & Personal Attributes Required:
- Expert level knowledge of Dynamics GP Financials and Payables
- Certification in either CGA, CMA or CPA, will look at applicants who have almost completed the program
- Must have a financial broad base understanding of Dynamics GP offerings
- Multi-company experience a definite asset
- Exceptional written/oral communication and presentation skills
- Technical aptitude a requirement
- Strong training, testing and troubleshooting skills
- Strong analytical and business skills
- Must be willing to travel
General Responsibilities:
- Provide functional application training to customers in on-site or remote learning settings
- Identify, recommend & implement system configurations
- Work with users and vendors to resolve issues & provide proactive support concerning the application and its use
