Paula Bifano

Manager of Human Resources

Paula Bifano has been with Progressive Solutions since 1995 and has a solid background in Human Resources management. She has strong coaching and decision making skills and works closely with managers to ensure the workplace is conducive to high productivity without compromising values

Her key focus is attraction and retention. Paula believes what makes a company more attractive to perspective employees, and in retaining employees, is what makes a company stand out from the rest. Developing and implementing meaningful programs does that, and these program successes have resulted in the uncharacteristically high retention rate.

Paula endeavours to be the key interface in all aspects of employee relations for North American, managing the compensation and benefits programs, and ensuring fair and consistent employment practices are adhered to.

Paula is also certified in coaching and implementing Myers Briggs programs, and is an active member of BC Human Resources Management Association.
