Len Williams

President & CEO

Len Williams is President & CEO of Progressive Solutions Inc. and the CEO of Progressive Solutions’ UK operations. Since he co-founded Progressive Solutions in 1989, his vision and leadership have helped lead the company to unparalleled growth, from start-up to a recognized leader in the lumber building materials and wood products industry. During the past ten years of Len’s guidance Progressive Solutions has made numerous acquisitions both nationally and internationally, as well as established resellers in the South Pacific.

Today, Progressive Solutions has a global presence operating across 3 continents comprising 7 countries. Along the way, Len’s commitment to customer-focused management practices and his employees’ development has earned the company an outstanding reputation for excellence in product innovation, customer service and employee satisfaction.

Len holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business Administration from Concordia University, and he is an active fundraiser and volunteer who encourages his employees to give back to the community wherever possible. Prior to his appointment as President & CEO in 1991, Len served the company as Vice-President of Sales & Marketing.
