Iain G. Ball

Vice President Finance & Administration, Chief Financial Officer.

Iain Ball is Vice President Finance & Administration and Chief Financial Officer of Progressive Solutions Inc. and Financial Director of Progressive Solutions’ UK operations. He joined Progressive Solutions in 1996. 

Iain is responsible for planning, directing and controlling the company’s overall financial plans, accounting practices and policies; providing overall direction for the accounting, tax, insurance, budget, credit and treasury functions in Canada, United States and United Kingdom, and the conduct of its relationships with financial institutions and shareholders. Iain played a key role in financings and acquisitions in Canada, United States and United Kingdom.

Iain brings over 25 years of international experience in the financial field, general management and corporate finance, and has worked for both private and publicly-listed companies, including international experience with the Big 4 accounting firms.

Iain served as Treasurer & Director, BC & Yukon Division of the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada from 2004-2010 and is a volunteer with the Cypress Ski Club.

Iain has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Aberdeen and a Masters in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Canada and United Kingdom.
